We started Intertwine after watching too many service businesses pour marketing budgets into vendors who never moved the number on the report. Multi-location dental groups felt the pattern most sharply. The platforms were powerful. The line items kept stacking. New-patient growth stayed flat.

We embedded with our first DSO to fix the basics: turn on the modules Denticon shipped with, retire the agencies running on autopilot, and launch Meta video into a closed-loop funnel that actually told us what worked. The lift came from getting more out of less, not from buying more.
